Brief Trip Description

Upon your arrival at Tribhuvan International Airport, you’ll head to your respective hotel. The second day is scheduled for sightseeing around the Kathmandu Valley. A local guide will take you to the UNESCO World Heritage Sites that include Pashupatinath, Swayambhunath, Boudhanath, and Kathmandu Durbar Square. These esteemed destinations are the representation of ancient art and culture that have been inherited to the present generation.

On the 3rd day, you’ll drive towards Nagarkot. Once at Nagarkot, you’ll get a sublime view of Mt. Everest (8848m), and other snow-capped mountains in the Langtang and Jugal ranges. Striking views of sunrise and sunset from the Nagarkot viewpoint are the main attractions of this place. From here, you’ll now move towards Namobuddha via Panauti. After visiting several monasteries and temples in Namobuddha, you’ll return back to Dhulikhel. Dhulikhel is yet another famous viewpoint near Kathmandu Valley from where you’ll get a glorious view of the Himalayas, green hills, and terraced farmlands.

Finally, you’ll return back to your hotel and take a flight back to your country. The tour gives the pleasure of experiencing the ancient Newar culture and tradition of Kathmandu Valley. Day 01: Arrival in Kathmandu (1300m.)

After your arrival at Tribhuvan International Airport, one of our staff members will receive you. Thereafter, you will head to your respective hotel and rest. You can roam around the nearby areas and amuse yourself with the hustle of the city. Overnight in Kathmandu.

Day 02: Kathmandu valley sightseeing tour.

The second day is scheduled for sightseeing around Kathmandu valley. A local guide will be assigned who will take you to UNESCO World Heritage Sites including Pashupatinath, Swayambhunath, Boudhanath, and Kathmandu Durbar Square. These destinations are the symbols of the ancient art, architecture, and culture of the religious faith that has shaped the present Kathmandu. Overnight in Kathmandu.

Day 03: Kathmandu to Nagarkot (2175 m.)

After breakfast, you’ll drive towards Nagarkot from your hotel. With the elevation of 2175m, Nagarkot is a famous tourist destination which lies 32km far from Kathmandu valley. From the Nagarkot viewpoint, you can relish the sights of the Himalayas in the Langtang, Jugal, and Gaurishankar ranges including the Mt. Everest (8848m) on a day with clear skies. The vantage point is also renowned to offer striking views of sunrise and sunset. In the evening, you can roam around the local market, try local foods, and enjoy the lively town premise. Overnight in Nagarkot.

Day 04: Nagarkot to Namobuddha

From Nagarkot, you’ll start your drive towards Namobuddha. On the way to Namobuddha, you’ll cross Banepa and Panauti. Namobuddha is a sacred Buddhist pilgrimage site which has a myth surrounding the sacrifice of a young prince for a tigress and her cubs. Once at Namobuddha, you can visit Thrangu Tashi Yangtse Monastery and nearby temples. You’ll also get familiar with the ancient Buddhist culture and tradition. If you have enough time, you can roam around the local market and try local foods. Finally, you’ll return back to Dhulikhel. Overnight in Dhulikhel.

Day 05: Dhulikhel to Kathmandu | Farewell Dinner

In the morning you’ll get a stunning view of snow-capped mountains, green hills, beautiful landscapes, and terraced farmlands. You can also visit nearby Hindu temples and attend the prayers. You’ll certainly be delighted by the warm hospitality of the Newar community. In the evening, you’ll drive back to your hotel in Kathmandu where you’ll have a farewell dinner. If you have enough time, you can also roam around the Thamel area and buy a souvenir. Overnight in Kathmandu.

Day 06: Final Departure from Kathmandu.

Today is your last day in Nepal. We’ll drop you off three hours prior to your scheduled flight. You can also share your beautiful experience with us on the way to the airport. Goodbye!
