Clothing
Trekking in the Everest region commences at an altitude of 2860m and ranges up to 5380m. Dressing is the compulsory thing you need for trekking. This is a way in which a person or trekker adds or removes all types of your clothing according to your wish.
The base layer of the dress is important when you reach the highest elevation during the trek. At the highest point, it will tend to be the coldest region. This is the layer of clothes you will not be wearing during the initial phase or the ending phase during the trek.
The base layer in your body should be comfortable and fitting. The second layer of the clothes should be worn outside the base layer. This is also known as the insulation layer. In the same way, you should also carry a fleece for the second layer. These clothes are soft ones and will help you to keep warm.
